All players MUST submit an individual entry form!!. Kindly use paypal to complete payment ( via our website ), the same day that you send your entry to ease our processing.
SCHEME: Drop flight system; all entrants start in "A" category and losers will drop into "B" or "C" flight. Each player is guaranteed two matches at least in every event he or she enters. All events will be held in drop flight or round robin format, depending on number of entries. Maximum 3 events per player. Jr. & Sr. Vets may be combined if not enough Vets enter. Best of 3 games to 21 points is scheduled,,but reserving the right to change the format due to unforeseen circumstances.
TIMELINESS: Please be on time for your event; 10 min. default rule will be enforced; warm-up limited to 3 – 5 min.

ENTRY FEES: Each player must submit one entry form. Entry fees are $35.00 first event and $12.00 each additional event. Tournament entry forms, information and payment via website. tacomabadmintonclub.com
SHUTTLES: The Official Tournament Shuttlecock is the “VICTOR GREEN 78 speed.” One shuttle per match will be provided; additional ones will be given out on a discretionary basis.
PRIZES: Every participant will receive a Coca-Cola Special Design “T” Shirt. First and second place in each flight will receive a Daffodil Design Medal. The winner of the Men’s Singles will have their name engraved on the perpetual “ Stan Olson “ trophy
FOOD & REFRESHMENTS: Sandwiches, Hors d’oeuvres, Snacks, Fruits, Coca-Cola POWERADE, water and coffee will be provided.
SOCIAL: Please indicate below, if you are planning to attend the Sunday social event for $10.00 each person. This includes open menu food, soft drinks, tea, coffee or milk. Prizes will be drawn. Time and place: About 5pm after the tournament on Sunday we meet at the Lakewood Ram Big Horn Brewery.
Because our club is smaller in size, occupancy and court space, compared with bigger clubs in the area, we try our best to make our tournament more personable and fulfilling. However, if the number of entries exceed our capacity, we have the right to minimize the number of events per person. In the unforeseen circumstance that you have submitted your entry and we are at maximum capacity, we will notify you in a timely manner to discuss your event preference. The extra payment will be refunded at the tournament. We encourage people to submit your entries early, especially those coming from a distance.

* If you have a paypal account, please use that to directly send money from your bank account, as it will save our club from paying credit card processing fees. It is easy to create a secure paypal account- go to paypal.com, create an account and then come back to our website to pay.
*If you do not have a paypal account and do not wish to create one, please use paypal to pay via debit or credit card.
* If you are paying for someone, please list their name(s) in the paypal column and make sure the quantity of items added to your cart is correct, to equal the total payment needed for all players you are paying for. No refunds will be provided after tournament deadline.
Before the deadline, if you have submitted payment, but wish to withdraw from the tournament, contact us via email. Refunds will be( payment minus 2.9% minus $0.30 per transaction),subject to change if paypal service fees increase.

Draw will be posted online 3-5 days before the tournament.
